These Terms govern your use of the Schedule & Share platform operated by BrandMongo Pty Ltd. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Service Description
Schedule & Share is a social media management platform that allows you to connect, schedule, and publish content across multiple social media platforms. The Service includes:
Account Registration
Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Be at least 16 years old to use the Service
Take responsibility for all activity under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Acceptable Use
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
Publish defamatory, obscene, threatening, or hateful content
Attempt unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts
Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
Circumvent rate limits, security measures, or access controls
Use automated tools to scrape or extract data
Violate terms of service of connected social media platforms
Content Ownership
You retain ownership
You retain all ownership rights to content you create and publish through the Service.
Limited license
By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely for providing the Service.
No claims
We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for any purpose other than providing the Service.
Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for ensuring your content complies with the terms of service of each social media platform.
Content Moderation
The Service offers optional AI-assisted content moderation to help identify potentially problematic content before publishing. When enabled:
Content is analysed by third-party moderation providers (OpenAI or Google Perspective API)
Flagged content is sent to human reviewers through the approval workflow — no content is automatically deleted
Content authors are informed when their content is flagged and may appeal to approvers
Moderation is opt-in and configurable per platform
Moderation results are retained for 90 days after resolution
Connected Platform Accounts
You authorize us to access your connected social media accounts using OAuth tokens solely for publishing content on your behalf.
OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption.
You may disconnect any platform at any time, which will revoke access tokens where supported by the platform.
We are not responsible for changes to third-party platform APIs, terms, or availability that may affect the Service.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service.
Scheduled maintenance, third-party platform outages, and unforeseen issues may temporarily affect availability.
Rate limits apply to publishing activity in accordance with social media platform requirements and to protect new accounts.
Termination
Your choice
You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Privacy → Delete Account.
Our right
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that threatens the security or integrity of the Service.
Data handling
Upon account deletion, your data is processed according to our Data Deletion procedures, including a 30-day grace period.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
We are not liable for any content published through the Service, actions taken by social media platforms, or loss of data due to third-party service failures.
Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BrandMongo Pty Ltd from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
