Data Deletion

Full account and data deletion in compliance with GDPR Article 17 (Right to Erasure). Delete your account and all associated data at any time.

Self-Service Deletion

The quickest way to delete your data is through the application:

    Sign in to your Schedule & Share account

  2. 2

    Go to Settings

  3. 3

    Navigate to Privacy

  4. 4

    Click Delete Account

    Confirm the deletion request

What Gets Deleted

When you request account deletion, we execute a comprehensive 8-step cascade to remove all your data:

STEP 1

Revoke OAuth tokens

Access tokens actively revoked with each connected platform (Facebook, Google, X, TikTok).

STEP 2

Cancel scheduled posts

All pending scheduled posts are cancelled and will not be published.

STEP 3

Delete connected accounts

Platform connection records and encrypted credentials are permanently removed.

STEP 4

Delete delivery logs

All publishing history and delivery records are permanently removed.

STEP 5

Delete posts

All post content, media references, and metadata are permanently removed.

STEP 6

Delete schedules

All schedule records are permanently removed.

STEP 7

Delete audit logs

All audit trail entries associated with your account are permanently removed.

STEP 8

Anonymize user record

Email, name, and personal data are replaced with anonymous placeholders.

Grace Period

30 Days

between deletion request and execution

Your account is suspended (no login or publishing)

All your data is preserved but inaccessible

You can contact us to cancel the deletion request

You can export your data before final deletion

After the grace period, the deletion cascade is executed automatically and cannot be reversed.

Export Your Data First

Before deleting, export your data

    Go to Settings → Privacy → Export Data

  2. 2

    Your data will be downloaded as a structured JSON file

  3. 3

    The export includes your profile, posts, schedules, delivery logs, and audit logs

    Sensitive credentials (passwords, OAuth tokens) are excluded for security

Manual Deletion Request

If you cannot access your account, request data deletion by email:

  1. Include the email address associated with your account
  2. We will verify your identity before processing the request
  3. Your request will be processed within 30 calendar days

Content Already Published

Important

Deleting your Schedule & Share account does not remove content already published to social media platforms. To remove published posts, delete them directly on each platform. Schedule & Share only deletes its own records and revokes the OAuth access it holds.
